Micro Prinos is in the north only 3 kilometre interior away from Prinos.
Micros Prinos, also Small Kazavati, was called Papasmachala.
The ancient inhabitants were building her houses interior to protect themself against the pirates.
It was impossible for the pirates to discover the small village, because the houses were made out of stone
and were built inside a valley there in the mountains.

Micro Prinos is a small village with now only a few inhabitants.
They had errected a small theatre inside a beautifull park for all the importants events.
Arround this theatre there are some tavernes, which are only opened in the season.

There is an old church just at the entrance of the village.
The church is just beautyful and it is possible to have a look at it.
A little bit higher then the village there is an old monastrie, which is called "Saint Panteleimona".
If you want to visit this place it is better to reach it by feet.
There is only a small way, made out of sand, which goes directy to the monastrie.
It is very dangerous to take this way by car.
Please think about water. The way is about some kilometres long.
But if you take the way you get a just wonderful view shows the sea and also the villages
Prinos, Skala Prinos and Neos Prinos.
